“Karine’s catered the most amazing work-place holiday luncheon on December 13th. Everything, from planning to serving, was so simple thanks to Maggie and her girls. Maggie had lots of ideas for delicious and healthy platters that fit our budget. Her love and passion for food was apparent in the delicious meal she delivered. There were all sorts of wraps (bacon chicken Caesar, smoked salmon, roasted vegetables), crab cakes, stuffed phyllo pastries, rice and beans, dips and pita chips, beautiful fruit platters, stuffed shiitake mushrooms (definitely the winner!), and chocolate covered strawberries. We could not have asked for a more amazing meal. The attention to detail was like none other – everything was so fresh and high quality, vegan and vegetarian options were kept separate from meat options, and the presentation of the food was beautiful. Everyone loved it and was still talking about it the next day. There were even leftovers to enjoy the next day! I have to extend a special thank you to Maggie. She took extra care to make and deliver a separate platter for me since I have a severe gluten allergy. My plate was massive, packed so full of several delicious treats: crushed pesto tofu, vegan burger patty, rice bread, the amazing Bomba, hummus, roasted veggies, stuffed shiitake mushrooms and a slice of gluten free banana bread! It was so beautiful that others were jealous of my lunch! I even had some left over to take home and enjoy the next day.  Thank you again to Karine’s for catering the most amazing luncheon. No one else could have provided such a delicious, healthy, fresh, and lovingly prepared meal. We will definitely be going to Karine’s again for future catering needs!”
